Hazy beers are still all the rage right now, but unfiltered beer has been around for centuries. Kellerbiers and Zwickelbiers are two of the original hazy bois and Binny's has collaborated with Pollyanna and Goldfinger to brew both styles.

Flagship February is a yearly opportunity to revisit some craft beer classics. These are the beers that keep the lights on for their respective breweries. They often reflect the period of craft beer history during which they were conceived. Some of these are relatively new flagship beers, while others have been going strong for decades.

If you’ve been down to Kentucky for a whiskey distillery tour, there is a good chance your tour concluded with a taste of bourbon and a bourbon ball. These chocolate covered vanilla cream candies are often made with pecans, and of course a splash of bourbon.

In 2017 Odd Side Ales took home Gold in the Specialty Ale category at GABF for their Sweet Potato Soufflé Rye Ale. In 2019 they did it again, this time for Rye Hipster Brunch Stout, a treasured release that took Silver in 2017.

To celebrate our 70th Anniversary, we headed to Firestone Walker’s Barrelworks facility, home to their award winning wild and sour ales. Our goal - to blend California terroir with a tropical treasure of the Midwest, the paw paw fruit.
