Binny's Home Bartender: Tiki Drink
As of late, there is an immense interest for tiki-inspired drinks. Bartender Angie came up with one that's sure to make you feel like your toes are inches deep in the sand. It's quite literally called Tiki Drink, and is full of all the sunshine you'll ever need. We know what you're thinking... bring on the mini umbrellas! (Cabana boy not included.)
Tiki Drink
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz 5 year old Rum
- 3/4 oz Dark Rum
- 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1-1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 6 drops Tiki Bitters
SIMPLE STEPS:
Shake ingredients into a highball glass. Garnish with an orange peel and fun tiki accessories.
