Big Mama

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. El Dorado Superior 12 year old Demerara Rum
1/2 oz. John D Taylor’s Velvet Falernum
1/2 oz. Ferrand Dry Curacao
1/2 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 oz. cinnamon syrup
3 dashes Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters or St Elizabeth Allspice Dram
1/2 oz. Planteray Original Dark Rum

How to make

Mix ingredients (minus dark rum) in shaker with ice
Pour into tulip glass
Float dark rum and garnish with an orange peel and an umbrella.
