The Isle of Harris distilleries first single malt, The Hearach, was released to great acclaim. Our first handpicked cask of this layered whisky has arrived, and it’s a banger. Matured for over six years in first‑fill ex‑bourbon barrels and bottled at a robust 118.8 proof, this lightly peated whisky is a perfect pour for a cozy New Year’s Eve at home. Siete Leguas Blanco Tequila

Siete Leguas is one of our go-to tequilas when we are looking for the perfect balance of excellence and affordability. Their blanco is a welcome addition to any party, and is the perfect option for a New Year’s celebration. We love it in a paloma or a classic margarita, but it’s good enough to pour over ice and enjoy.

Isle of Harris Gin

A good martini or gin and tonic are a must for us on New Year’s and Isle of Harris gin is perfect in both. Clean and with a juniper character that cuts through in any cocktail, we can’t recommend this bottle enough.

Minden Mill Single Malt

American single malt has come a long way in the past 10 years, and estate distillery Minden Mill makes one of our favorites. Made entirely of estate- grown grain then aged in a climate-controlled warehouse that mirrors the conditions of Speyside, this is a rich and layered malt that we will be enjoying for New Year’s. When we aren’t sipping this beautiful whiskey neat, we love to swap this for vodka to make a rich and decadent espresso martini.
