Demo Kitchen Recipe: Simple Grand Marnier Truffles

Though this decadent recipe is a study in simplicity, be sure to use quality ingredients. Your better half will appreciate your efforts. The obvious pairing here is Grand Marnier itself but a nice VSOP Cognac will do the trick too. If you really want to get decadent go for the Grand Marnier 100th Anniversary or an XO Cognac. For wine, Port and Banyuls are just about perfect but you could also try a fizzy Brachetto. In beer, nothing works better than Lindemans Kriek or Framboise.
