Binny's Home Bartender: Tom Collins

Dating back to the late 80s, this gin cocktail has a home on most, if not all, beverage menus. With a sour base of simple syrup and lemon juice, this fizzy, citrus-splashed refresher is perfectly built for sipping on a hot day.
Tom Collins
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz Gin
- 3 oz Club Soda
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Orange slice
- 1 Maraschino Cherry
SIMPLE STEPS:
Shake well with ice. Strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes and top with club soda. Stir and garnish with cherry and orange slice.
