Binny's Home Bartender: Aperol Spritz

Looking to up your brunch game? Give the Aperol Spritz a try. You might not want to indulge in a "bottomless Aperol Spritz" marathon (it's tempting) but one or two of these with a plate of fruit makes for a lovely and fresh treat. Aperol's herbal bitterness is tamed by orange juice and bubbles, making for a complex and deceptively drinkable sipper.
