In part 3 of our series on traditional aromatized wines and spirits we’re taking a deep dive into single botanical spirits. Many of the world’s great traditional liqueurs are based around one plant. We’ll take a look at some of those plants, how small producers get them into the bottle, and how you can use modifiers to create new cocktails.
