Every day our buyers are tasting with winemakers and deciding which wines to stock on our shelves. Only a select few make it through the doors, and fewer bottles still make the cut.

When one thinks of traditionally made sparkling wine the place of origin that comes to mind is rarely Illinois. But alas, expectations are shattered when you taste the product range from Illinois Sparkling Co.

Known as Napa Valley’s homecoming, Premiere Napa Valley is the annual tasting and futures auction that raises money for Napa Valley Vinters to invest in and support the Napa County community.

Luce Del Sol is Italian for sunlight - and this cocktail reminds us of just that. It is full of lemon candy and floral flavors. The amaro adds a light bitterness that is just enough to round out the sweetness of the Limoncello. Best enjoyed as a post-dinner treat.
