All alcohol and tobacco products are sold in Illinois and title passes to the buyer in Illinois. By placing the order, you authorize us to have the product shipped on your behalf by common carrier for delivery to your selected destination. Under the terms of sale, the common carrier is acting as your agent. Local Delivery

Binny's also offers local deliveries for some orders. To arrange local delivery of spirits, wine, and beer through Binny's, please call 312-768-4406, or visit our contact us page and select Question About Delivery or Shipping.

Delivery of Alcohol Packages

Delivery can only be made to an address where an individual at least 21 years old can sign for the shipment during regular business hours. Products can be shipped to a place of business or residence. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box or APO Boxes.

Purchaser and recipient must be over the age of 21 to purchase alcohol.

For all alcohol orders, an adult 21 years or older must be available to sign for the order.
Warning: Certain states expressly prohibit the direct importation of alcohol and violation can be punishable as a misdemeanor or felony.

Binny's offers shipping within the state of Illinois for select items. Our web site will not allow orders placed for shipment outside of Illinois.

Age Verification

By placing an order you verify that you and order recipients are at least 21 years of age. At the time of delivery the order recipient must sign an age verification receipt stating that they are at least 21 years of age and must present a valid drivers license, military ID, passport or State ID for identification.

Order Processing

You will be notified by email that we received your order. If the items you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you. If the items you ordered are in stock, we attempt to ship them within 48 hours. Tracking numbers are sent to you by email. Our shipping department works Monday thru Saturday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. If you need to change your order, please reply to your order confirmation email, call us at 888-942-WINE (9463) or select Question About Delivery or Shipping on our contact us page and please be sure to include your order number.

Credit Card Charge

We usually ship within 24 hours from the receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfill your order we will contact you. We try not to ship product over a weekend, so if your order is received and cannot be delivered by Friday, it will be shipped on Monday. Shipments may also be delayed due to weather conditions. Weekend delivery requests may have additional charges. Rules and regulations of common carriers may prevent us from accepting orders for the shipment of alcohol products. *All shipments of alcoholic beverages require an adult signature for delivery.

Shipping Containers

Our shipping containers are sized for 1 bottle, 2 bottles, 3 bottles, 6 bottles and 12 bottles. Our system will estimate your shipping charges, if you click on ship or pickup. Actual shipping charges may vary when we consolidate your order. Some items require special packaging. We will email or call you with any shipping charge adjustments for your approval..

Store Pickup

You can place an order online for pickup at any Binny's Beverage Depot. Your online order may be eligible for store pickup in as little as 1 hour. If your order qualifies, select "1 Hour Pickup" in the shopping cart. You will be contacted by the store when your order is ready for pickup. Click on retail stores for our locations.


The City of Chicago and Cook County tax (CCT) on alcohol is based on product type and alcohol by volume (ABV). As an example, the CCT on a 750ML of wine 14% ABV is $.11. Applicable sales and CCT taxes are combined on your invoice.


Some wine and spirit items cannot be replaced if an accident should happen. Insurance is available to most destinations through UPS and FedEx. Generally, it is a charge of $.80 per $100 after the first $100. Please indicate if you would like your order insured. We will secure the coverage on your behalf. If a package arrives damaged, please reply to our order confirmation email, or select Question About Delivery or Shipping on our contact us page.

Futures Policy

You pay for wines on a Futures order at the time of order confirmation. You are responsible, at the time of pick-up, for any charges billed to Binny’s Beverage Depot which are above the prepaid price of the wine and may include tariffs, duties, sales taxes, alcohol by volume tax, municipal tax and/or shipping and insurance costs.

The minimum order for Wine Futures is 6 bottles per item. You will be notified by e-mail that we received your order request. By the next regular business day, you will receive an e-mail confirming available quantities on your order request.

We reserve the right to limit quantities of wines ordered on a Futures request.

When your wine arrives, we will contact you to make arrangements for pick-up or shipping. In the event we are unable to contact you within 90 days of receiving your wine, we reserve the right to dispose of the wine and refund the original price you paid, less a 20% service fee.

Due to the rarity of these wines, we request shipped orders be insured. Shipments include insurance up to $100. Current insurance rates, after the first $100, are 80 cents per $100 of value. Required tariffs, duties, sales taxes, alcohol by volume taxes, municipal taxes and shipping and insurance charges are assessed at the applicable rate when the wine is shipped to you. Wines are shipped in damage resistant containers made for shipping wine bottles. If you would like to have the original wooden crates, they can be shipped separately via UPS ground for an additional shipping charge.

Futures order cancellation policy

There is no fee if a paid order is cancelled within 30 days. For a wine Futures order cancelled more than 30 days after payment has been made, a 20% service fee will be deducted from your refund.

Binny's Card Program Terms & Conditions

Binny’s rebates are tabulated on the selling price of eligible wines excluding applicable tax, discounts, shipping charges, returns or exchanges. Your Binny’s Card must be presented at the time of purchase to be eligible for rebate. Cannot be combined with any other discount offer. Rebated wine purchases do not qualify for additional Binny’s Card points. Certain exclusions apply, including futures, sale items, allocated items and promotional items at the discretion of Binny’s. Corporate accounts, government organizations and Binny’s employees are not eligible for the Binny’s Card. Illinois law prohibits Binny’s from selling alcohol to individuals or entities who are licensed by the Illinois Liquor Control Commission. By using your Binny’s Card, you represent that your purchase of alcohol is for personal consumption and not for resale.

You must be over 21 years of age and present a valid driver’s license to receive your Binny’s Card. Earned Binny’s Card rebates have a cash value of 1/100th of a cent and may only be used to purchase Binny’s merchandise and gift cards (i.e. no case back). We reserve the right to revoke membership, terminate the program and/or amend the terms at any time without notice. Binny’s Cards are non-transferrable. Damaged or lost Binny’s Cards will be replaced and qualifying purchases transferred with presentation of proper identification. Delivery orders placed through express.binnys.com or Instacart are not eligible to collect Binny’s Card points.

Product Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with original Binny's register receipt. All returns must be in salable condition. Refunds are issued in the original payment method or in store credit.

Returns on Binny's Party Planning orders in excess of recommended quantities are subjected to a restocking fee.
