This seminar will offer the what, why, and how of the Willamette Valley and other famous wine regions planted in 'The 40s'. Chef Chad Hendrickson has spent his decades long career honing his culinary skills at some of California's finest restaurants and hotels helping to spearhead the ideals of local, farm to table cuisine. Heading up the Hess culinary program, Chef Chad continues his work in sustainable cuisine utilizing ingredients grown just steps away from the kitchen.
