Regarded as the pioneering winery of Argentina, Catena was founded in 1902 when Nicola Catena brought European winemaking techniques to the high altitude vineyards of Argentina. He also brought with him a grape that would soon become synonymous with Argentina: Malbec. Catena boasts six single vineyards at a wide range of elevations that deliver the finest expressions of terroir and varietal. Brand ambassador and Gastro DJ, Andrea Nunez joins us to dive deeper into those single vineyards and discover how elevation plays a role in making some of the world's most unique wines.
