Our Bourbon Pecan Kringle follows suit making for a heavenly if decadently over the top pairing.

We have been playing around with all kinds of tomato recipes, including the cheese and mayo laden southern classic, tomato pie. It’s great but today we decided to throw together a goat cheese and tomato tart with ingredients we had on hand and must say we are pretty pleased with what we pulled out of the oven. It’s almost like we know what we’re doing.

Bright, citrusy ceviche is the ultimate refreshing starter for a dinner party whether served in a bowl or as a tostada. It also makes a fantastic addition to any Cinco de Mayo buffet when served with crunchy tortilla chips.

Quiche is delicious for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and always welcome at the brunch table. For this version we decided to combine shrimp, a stalwart of the brunch buffet, with the fresh spring flavors of asparagus and chives.

One thing about this recipe is certain; The Poor Knights of Windsor never had it so good when it came to their “lost bread”. No Sir, this is a pain perdu fit for the most well-heeled lover of breakfast and brunch due to its sweet creamy filling and a seasonally inspired fruit compote.
