The turkey may take center stage on the Thanksgiving table, but we all know that people always ask for a second serving of the sides! Below are a number of classics that will thrill any guest - and we KNOW that the Waffle stuffing will steal the spotlight.
Thanksgiving dinner is a marathon of decadent dishes. We asked our Barrel to Bottle podcast team to curate a list of complimentary brews, spirits, and wines including some much needed palate refreshers.

Giddy up, cowboy! This cocktail is reminiscent of Bartender Zack's time camping in Fountain, Colorado. The High West adds the perfect amount of campfire smoke, and blends flawlessly with the cinnamon and cranberry flavors. Suggested pairing: a plate full of gooey s'mores.
If you've never had raspberry liqueur, you're in for a treat. The small amount needed for this cocktail goes a long way and mixes perfectly with the amaro and rum. The Cobble Cobble is excellent for brunch or to pair with your Thanksgiving dinner.
Festive cocktails are all the rage this time of year. Dress up your Champagne with some festive additions in this delightful cocktail your guests will love to sip. Party planning pro tip: Allow party goers to choose their own bittering flavor in the Holly Berry.
Looking to up your brunch game? Give the Aperol Spritz a try. You might not want to indulge in a "bottomless Aperol Spritz" marathon (it's tempting) but one or two of these with a plate of fruit makes for a lovely and fresh treat.
