Chicago Cubs Manager, Joe Maddon, has teamed up with Fields Auto Group to support his favorite charities, which include Misericordia/Heart of Mercy and Cubs Charities. Fields Auto Group has created a custom “Joe Maddon Signature” vehicle which Joe will drive around town. Customized by JAM WERKS, the vehicle has a “tricked-out” baseball theme, which includes a bat gear shifter handle and Rawlings seats. Raffle tickets will be sold until the season is over.

  Drawing will occur within 30 days after the end of the baseball season. Raffle tickets are $100 each and you can purchase them at:   • Binny's Lakeview, Binny's Downtown, Binny's Lincoln Park, and Binny's South Loop • Chicago Cubs home games at the Fan Services desk on the Wrigley Field concourse • Chicago Cubs administrative offices front desk at 3712 N. Clark St., Chicago, IL 60613 • Misericordia Home located at 6300 North Ridge, Chicago, IL 60660 from Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. • During special events hosted by either Cubs Charities or Misericordia   The winner will be contacted and the original and official prize raffle ticket must be presented in person at 3721 N. Clark St., Chicago, IL 60613 during normal business hours within 30 days following the raffle to claim the Prize. The winner is obligated to pick up the prize within 5 business days of claiming it. No photocopies or other reproductions will be accepted. The winning number on ticket must be visible, complete and legible. The winner must present the winning raffle ticket and valid state or federally-issued photo identification verifying his or her identity as the rightful ticket holder. The winner will be responsible for federal, state and local taxes, title, fees, and registration of the vehicle. Estimated value of the vehicle is $70,000.
