Santa has paid a visit to Binnys, and has decided to put over 160 holiday and winter beers on sale. The unprecedented sale will span the entire month of December. Many of these beers are in short supply and high demand, so it will be wise to come early and often if you are seeking that special beer to enjoy during this holiday season.

The nice thing about this sale is that style wise; it incorporates a little bit of everything. Of course, the classic spiced American Christmas ales like Breckenridge, Anchor, and Great Lakes are included in this sale. We cant forget about Belgium, where festively spiced beers like Delirium Noel, Gulden Draak Vintage, and Nice Chouffe reign supreme. If you prefer a big stout, Two Brothers Northwind and Port Brewing Santas Little Helper will be an excellent choice. Even the hop heads will have something to gloat over as Rogue Yellow Snow IPA and Sierra Nevada Celebration will be featured.

While us beer drinkers know how hard it is to pick a favorite beer, a couple of Binnys beer experts answered the call. They provided us with their favorite holiday beers, which all happen to be included in the sale.

Scaldis Noel - Big deliciousness in a small bottle.  Spicy firm body with very warming alcohol notes.  Dark fruits, cherries, figs; kind of reminds me of my grandmothers christmas cake.  Great beer for a cold night! Katie Coggins

Fantome Speciale De Noel From one of the premier producers of saison in the world.......what a nose.....tart fruits, funky yeasts, horse blanket, and peppery spices......Tastes as good as it smells......licorice, sugar, cinnamon, juniper, some caramel.....complex and delicious.....hard to believe it's 10%abv......had it with Thanksgiving dinner.....cut right through the richness of the bird and the fixings.........could have drank another easily. Ted Sullivan/p>

Three Floyds Alpha Klaus - This one just makes me happy.  Aromatic, dark chocolates and coffee, two of my favorite things dominate the nose; some piney hops sneak in there too!  Medium bodied but very round and full flavored, with light carbonation that makes it a little delicate, which I enjoy very much.  I like to use this beer to make brownies and chocolate cake!  It adds to the fluff. - Katie Coggins
