The French Angel

Ingredients:

1.5 ozPierre Ferrand Ambre

1 oz Cardenal Mendoza Angelus Orange Liqueur

1 oz Egg White

.5 oz Lemon

.5 oz Petit Canne Sugar Cane Syrup

  Simple Steps:

Dry shake, wet shake and strain into a coupe. Top with a pinch of nutmeg.
