Spring has sprung and we're so ready for a tall glass of adult grape juice. From Sauvignon Blanc to Pinot Grigio to Pinot Noir, check out a few of our favorite wines to relish in this spring.

Spring Wines

Henri Leblanc Blanc de Blancs Brut

A fine choice to serve as a mimosa or as Binny's take on a kir royale, even better to enjoy on its own as an APERITIF! Light and elegant with apple, citrus and a hint of a mineral streak. An excellent French sparkler for under 10 bucks.

Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc

Serving a wine that will pair with any SIDEDISH can be a challenge - and a bright and savory wine such as Whitehaven's sauvignon blanc is fit for the task. A crisp, refreshing white with vibrant aromas of lime zest and green apple. Extremely bright on the palate with flavors of grapefruit, melon, herbs, and hints of lemon pepper. The zippy citrus notes continue on the clean, energetic finish.

Clean Slate Riesling

Riesling is the IDEAL wine to serve with HAM, and the Clean Slate riesling is an especially fine choice. Earth and green apple on the nose of this semi-sweet wine. Lots of green apple, melon, and mango notes accompany this medium-bodied wine with a nice mineral-driven fish. Drink and enjoy!

Quadrum Garnacha

A perennial fave at Binny's, truly catholic in its appeal, and marries with ANYTHING that you will serve this holiday. Deep dark fruits, baked black cherry pie, ripe plum and a nice hint of crushed rock for complexity. Terrific value!

Block Nine Pinot Noir Caiden's Vineyard

This is consistently one of the best deals in Pinot Noir, and will marry beautifully with either TURKEY or CHICKEN. Bright notes of strawberry and cherry are complemented by baking spices, earth and cola in this easy drinking pinot noir. Polished and clean, this pinot noir is a sensational value.

Chateau Cap de Faugeres Castillon Cotes de Bordeaux

Holiday lamb deserves a fine red, and there is no finer than red Bordeaux, the classic partner for LAMB. The Cap de Faugeres is a perennial favorite at Binny's with its loads of black and blue fruit, loam and toasty oak. Firm and flavorful, a wine fit for a fine meal.   Check out the Wine Hotline for updates on new wines, tastings, sales and more!
