Pennington's Egg Nog
Ingredients:4 egg yolks ¼ cup sugar, plus 1 Tablespoon 1 cup cream 1 pint milk 4 ounces Penningtons Strawberry Rye Whiskey 4 egg whites 1 teaspoon freshly-grated nutmeg Simple Steps: Beat egg yolks and ¼ cup sugar on high with an electric mixer until creamy and set aside. Beat egg whites and remaining tablespoon of sugar on high with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Whisk the Penningtons into your egg yolks before adding milk, cream and nutmeg. Mix in whipped egg whites and chill well before serving.
