Get Your Craft Beer Kegs at the Plainfield Binny's
The good people here at the Binny's Beverage Depot in Plainfield want to be the place for craft beer kegs. We're offering more great craft kegs than ever, and now you can easily see what's available on a taplist-style chalkboard hanging prominently over the beer cooler. And that's not all. We'll let store manager Dan Culen tell the story: The new keg chalkboard not only shows the variety of kegs that we have, but it creates excitement. We want people to see all the new beers that are available. We are working with our reps to get rare and exciting beers, kegs customers can't find anywhere else. Binny's will be the keg destination for great beer. If it's available, we have it; if not, we'll get it by Saturday.
We have great keg customers. They come to us regularly to refill their kegerators. Many of them have two or more tap handles so they get multiple kegs and they love variety. Aside from the keg board and the constantly updated keg list that we keep, we are working on a few things to promote the kegs we carry. On Saturdays we open 5 or 6 beers for sampling. By having our own associates sampling out the beers, they are able to make a better connection with customers. They are the face of the beer department so the customers know who to talk to whenever they come in. We are planning a larger sampling that will showcase the beers that we have in kegs, sometime before the 4th of July. And we have some pretty great surprises planned. All in all, there is an air of excitement and energy around our beer department (and entire store). With the Plainfield area growing as quickly as it is, and with all the local excitement for craft beer, we are constantly getting new customers coming in the store. This summer is the perfect opportunity to discover tons of great new beers in kegs, and Binny's is the place! By the way, if you have any questions about kegs, your best bet is to talk directly to someone in a Binny's beer aisle, or email email@example.com. Keg availability and prices are always changing, so the beer aisle is your place for the most current info.
