This gin-soaked sparkling cocktail takes its name from an historic 75mm field cannon. You might guess why: this drink packs a big kick. Like, really big. You can hold back on the gin, but we recommend going for the full pour. Substitute the French 75 for your next bubbly toast. Your pals will be surprised and delighted.
1 oz Gin
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup
Top w/ 3 oz ChampagneSimple Steps:
Shake gin, lemon juice and simple syrup, and strain into Champagne glass. Top with Champagne.
