Confessions of a Mixologist: Quarantinis Vol. IV

Stanley Tucci's viral Negroni video inspired the Barrel to Bottle Crew to tackle this popular cocktail. As usual, things start traditional and quickly veer off into unique riffs. Usually a Negroni is garnished with an orange slice or orange peel, but in these quarantine times only Chris had citrus available. All cocktails can be built in a glass with ice, unless otherwise noted.
GREGONI
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 parts plus-ish Plymouth Navy Strength Gin
- 1 part Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
- 1 part Campari
CHRIS' NEGRONI
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 part Tanqueray
- 1 part Punt e Mes Vermouth
- 1 part Bigallet China China
SIMPLE STEPS:
Stir with ice and strain into an iced rocks glass.
PAT'S CLASSIC NEGRONI
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 part Letherbee Gin
- 1 part Select Aperitivo
- 1 part Carpano Classico
ROGER's NEGRONI
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 part Hayman's Royal Dock Navy Strength Gin
- 1 part Cappelletti Aperitivo
- 1 part Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
SIMPLE STEPS:
Stir with ice and strain into an iced rocks glass.
PAT'S WHITE NEGRONI
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 part Letherbee Gin
- 1 part Luxardo Bitter Bianco
- 1 part Suze Liqueur
ROGER'S WHITE NEGRONI
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 part Sipsmith Gin
- 1 part Luxardo Bitter Bianco
- 1 part Comoz Blanc Vermouth
SIMPLE STEPS:
Stir with ice and strain into an iced rocks glass.
CHRIS' WHITE NEGRONI
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 part Plymouth Gin
- 1 part Dolin Dry Vermouth
- 1 part Cocchi Americano
- A few dashes Regan's Bitters
SIMPLE STEPS:
Stir with ice and strain into glass.
PAT'S SECOND WHITE NEGRONI
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 part Letherbee Gin
- 1 part Dolin Dry Vermouth
- 1 part Cap Corse Blanc Quin Quina
