Barrel to Bottle's resident cocktail enthusiast has created six cocktails with the ingredients he has at home. For this week's episode, Quarantini Vol. 1, you can mix along at home or make some substitutions like Greg, Pat and Alicia. Cheers.
Boulevardier
INGREDIENTS:
- 1-1/2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
SIMPLE STEPS:
Stir in a tall mixing glass with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Derby Cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 oz Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
SIMPLE STEPS:
Shake in iced shaker, strain into cocktail glass.
ARNAUD'S SPECIAL COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz Scotch
- 1 oz Dubonnet Rouge
- 3 dashes of orange bitters
SIMPLE STEPS:
Shake in iced shaker, strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
THE BROOKLYN COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz Rye or Bourbon
- 3/4 oz Dry Vermouth
- 2 tsp Amaro Cio Ciaro
- 2 tsp Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
SIMPLE STEPS:
Shake in iced shaker, strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
BLUE MOON
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Rothman & Winter Creme de Violette Liqueur
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
SIMPLE STEPS:
Shake in iced shaker, strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
AVIATION
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz Gin
- 1/4 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
- 1/4 oz Rothman & Winter Creme de Violette Liqueur
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
