Binny's Home Bartender: Et Tu Brute
"Et Tu, Brute," Caesar's famous last words. Betrayal is most commonly perceived as a bad thing, but in the case of this cocktail, we thought just the opposite. Et Tu Brute drinks like a creamsicle but kicks like a bourbon on the rocks. Enjoy in moderation - you have been warned.
Et Tu Brute
- 1 oz Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz White Rum
- 1-1/2 oz Orange Juice
- 1/2 oz Licor 43
- 2 dashes Orange bitters
Shake and straine over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
