Confessions of a Mixologist: Cobble Cobble

If you've never had raspberry liqueur, you're in for a treat. The small amount needed for this cocktail goes a long way and mixes perfectly with the amaro and rum. The Cobble Cobble is excellent for brunch or to pair with your Thanksgiving dinner.

   

Cobble Cobble

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Dark Rum

.75 oz Raspberry Liqueur

1/3 oz Lemon

1/3 oz Amaro

1/2 oz Licor 43

  Simple Steps:

Shake and stir in a coupe. Garnish with a cherry.
