It's tiki time! Our Big Mama is full of tropical flavors that will have you feeling like you're floating on a flamingo raft somewhere under the sun. This tropical cocktail is a polite mix of lime, ginger, almonds, cinnamon, pineapple, and lemon. The savory sweet combo will have you making another and another and another.

Big Mama

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Flor De Cana 12yr

.5 oz Velvet Falernum

.5 oz Pineapple

.5 oz Lemon Juice

.5 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao

.25 oz BG Reynolds Cinnamon Syrup

3 Drops Bittermen's Tiki Bitters

.5 oz Dark Rum (Float)

Simple Steps:

Shake and dump in a tulip glass. Float Dark Rum and garnish with orange peel and a fancy, tiny umbrella.
