Confessions of a Mixologist: Big Mama
It's tiki time! Our Big Mama is full of tropical flavors that will have you feeling like you're floating on a flamingo raft somewhere under the sun. This tropical cocktail is a polite mix of lime, ginger, almonds, cinnamon, pineapple, and lemon. The savory sweet combo will have you making another and another and another.
- 1-1/2 oz Flor De Cana 12 year Rum
- 1/2 oz Velvet Falernum
- 1/2 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
- 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz BG Reynolds Cinnamon Syrup
- 3 drops Tiki Bitters
- 1/2 oz Dark Rum (Float)
Shake and pour ingredients into a tulip glass. Float Dark Rum and garnish with an orange peel and an umbrella .
