Apricot Pisco Sour



1.5 oz Pisco Porton

.5 oz Apricot Liqueur

1 oz Egg white

.75 lemon

.75 Simple Syrup

  Simple Steps:

Dry shake, wet shake and serve in a chilled coupe.
