Confessions of a Mixologist: Allerton Garden

Ever been to the island of Kaui? It's home to blooming hibiscus flowers, a tropical rainforest and the Allerton Garden. Bartender Angie loves it there so much she created a cocktail that best embodied it. The reposado, rhubarb and hibiscus flavors blend perfectly in this tequila drinker's dream.

   

Allerton Garden

Ingredients:

2 oz Reposado Tequila

1 oz Rhubarb Liqueur

.5 oz Hibiscus Grenadine

.5 oz Lemon Juice

2 Dashes Rhubarb bitters

  Simple Steps:

Shake and strain in a coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
