Horse Feather

Ingredients:

1.5 oz J. Rieger Kansas City Whiskey .5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice 1 oz 18.21 Spicy Ginger Beer Syrup   Simple Steps: Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice, garnish with a lemon twist.
 

Race Track Julep

Ingredients:

.75 oz Oppidan Solera Aged Bourbon .5 oz Denizen Merchant’s Reserve Rum .5 oz Amaro Montenegro .5 oz BroVo Spearmint Liqueur .25 oz Simple Syrup .5 oz Lime Juice   Simple Steps: Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a rocks glass with crushed ice, garnish with a mint sprig.
 

Rose Punch

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Chicago Distilling Co. Finn’s Gin 1 oz Rosso Antico .5 oz BroVo Rose Geranium Liqueur .5 oz Simple Syrup 1 oz Grapefruit Juice   Simple Steps: Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail class served up, garnish with grapefruit peel.
