If you were craving a new happy hour cocktail, you’re in luck. The Humo Rosa is an intricately mixed cocktail full of sweet and smokey flavors. The Mezcal, ginger liqueur and grenadine flow perfectly together to create an uniquely flavorful spring cocktail. Not sure there’s a better name for this cocktail as Humo Rosa is translated to “smoke rose.”

We love beer – and cookies. A lot. We paired six of our favorite cookies with a mix of new and classic brews. It may have left us with a case of the cookie sweats, but it was deliciously worth it. Earn the Binny’s badge by giving these pairings a taste for yourself.
One of our favorite hops to hit the scene in the last few years is the Mosaic hop. A descendant of the Simcoe hop, the Mosaic hop, like its ancestor, is famous for its bright, tropical flavors. Just as a mosaic is built from a multitude of smaller pieces, the Mosaic hop combines a myriad of hop flavors and aromas into one complex little cone – a Mosaic of flavors and aromas that you’ll find in our favorites below.
A traditional Godfather cocktail is made of equal parts scotch and amaretto. A little experimentation led us to our new favorite
breakfast cocktail. We added coffee liqueur and chocolate bitters to the mix for a “the best part of wakin’ up” kind of taste.
