A Shapeshifting IPA

Capital doesn't make bad beer, and sometimes it makes near perfect beer. This is one of those. Plenty of hops, but not a hop bomb because it hits different notes as it spreads across the palate. A malt start moves to a flavorful middle and flows to a hopped up finish. Extreme hop heads might not find the brain-exploding hoppiness they're looking for, but for the rest of us who want a balanced IPA (as much as such a thing exists), this is a perfect place to start and end.
