"Deep garnet colored, NV Black Bubbles Sparkling Shiraz has an intense blackberry and pepper nose with hints of anise, dark chocolate, cinnamon and nutmeg. The palate has fine, frisky bubbles and a fair amount of sweetness (22 grams per liter of residual sugar) offset by medium-high acid and lightly textured with a low to medium level of chewy tannins, finishing long."
