"Vanilla and citrus laced pear syrup aromas greet you at first glass. Interesting green apple and peach notes add to the floral honeysuckle in our 2011 Sauvignon Blanc. Ripe tangerine and peach flavors are rich on the palate but still allow a bright citrus zest acidity to shine through and through. Always a favorite with grilled shrimp or pad Thai! Perhaps stepping outside the comfort zone with chorizo and mussels or a goat cheese and fresh herb souffle would also pair wonderfully."
