"The 2010 Cotes du Rhone Loi checks in as a blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Carignan, fermented with 100% whole-cluster, and aged 18 months in concrete. A finesse-driven effort, it sports plenty of smoked black fruits, cherry, new leather, licorice, wild herbs and loamy earth qualities as well as a medium-bodied, focused and firm feel on the palate. Impressive, with solid mid-palate depth."
