"Laid-back, rather complex aromas of black raspberry, maple syrup and golden raisins seem midway between ruby and tawny. Smooth, nicely concentrated and rich; the maple syrup note repeats in the mouth but is complemented by fresh berry flavors. Finishes slightly fiery but long, with a suggestion of raisin." "Fresh nose combines black and red fruits. Intensely flavored and moderately sweet; the color of ruby but shows a tawny port-like smoothness and pliancy in the mouth. Wears its alcohol gracefully.
