"This wine shows a deep, dark ruby color and characteristically lavish aromas of dense ripe boysenberries, blackberries and blackcurrants mingled with pronounced traces of loam and mocha. Full-bodied and lush dark berry, cassis and dark chocolate flavors on the palate are concentrated, fresh and pure. These extend into a long, savory finish framed by ripe, supple tannins and sumptuous toasted oak tones. This drinks beautifully now and will reveal greater dimension with 6-8 years of aging."
