"This wine has a deep plum tint. As I write this 2 months after bottling in February, this Pinot Noir is showing cocoa and morello cherry aromas layered over subtle hints of oak. The wild fermentation along with extended lees maturation in barrel have added complexity and texture to the bright fruit characters found of the palate. This is a supple wine with good weight and fine tannins. It will continue to drink well over the next three to five years."
