"This wine is a perennial favorite of mine, and the 2011 doesn't disappoint. The nose shows fresh cut flowers, loads of peach, and limestone. On the palate, it's got power without being heavy, with more of that peach and limestone and hint of bright, crisp citrus peel and mint. At 10% alcohol, there's got to be a little residual sugar in there, but it's barely perceptible. Try this with spicy Asian foods, fresh fish, or just sip it on the patio."
