"The 2010 Tinto (Quinta de Foz de Arouce) is a tank-fermented blend of 80% Baga and 20% Touriga Nacional, aged in used French oak (a mixture of one and two years old) for eight months. Harmonious and elegantly crafted, this has fine, silky texture and a very graceful demeanor. It turns a bit crisper and tighter with air, making it a very nice food wine while remaining tasty and easy. I’m not sure that this is quite as nice as some recent vintages of it, but it is an easy going and aromatic introduction to Baga (as cut by Touriga Nacional, of course) and impossible to dislike. It just exudes charm."
