2005 - Raats Family Cabernet Franc

"Aromatic nose combines blackberry, licorice, roast coffee and a minty nuance. Juicy, leanish and tight, but with good intensity to the tangy fruit and licorice flavors. The firm edge of acidity argues for a year or two of patience, but the wine avoids hardness and the tannins are suave."
