"Dark red. Spicy cherry and dark berry aromas offer impressive clarity, with deeper licorice and espresso adding a serious quality. Bitter cherry and anise flavors are firmed by dusty tannins; there's a complex herbal/floral character here that reminds me of a Chinon. A grown-up style, and a steal for this level of complexity."
