2005 - Bodega NQN Malma Malbec Reserva

"Saturated medium ruby. Black fruits and spicy oak on the nose, perked up by a distinctly wild floral quality. Densely packed and bright, with plenty of sexy oak providing spicy lift to the berry flavors. Finishes with firm tannins that call for a few years of aging. This may well merit a higher score if it absorbs its slightly edgy acidity and substantial oakiness." Reviewed by Stephen Tanzer.
