2003 - Westerly Vineyards Viognier Apres

"(made in a vin de paille style, with air-dried grapes picked at normal sugar levels) Deep, orange-hued gold. Smoky apricot and orange marmalade aromas are complemented by a gentle floral quality. Full and rich but not overly thick, with dense, chewy pit fruit and tangerine flavors. Finishes with serious cling and a refreshing jolt of orange zest. This would be an excellent companion to strong cheeses."
