"The 2007 Pinot Noir Cellar Reserve it was fermented with native yeasts, remained on its lees with minimal batonnage, and was bottled without fining or filtration. Medium ruby-colored, it offers up a fragrant perfume of cedar, smoke, violets, black cherry, and black raspberry. Silky on the palate with a bit of underlying structure, it has good depth and concentration, succulent fruit, and 3-4 years of aging potential."

"Higher-pitched than the 2009 bottling, displaying scents of raspberry, redcurrant and fresh rose, with a spicy overlay. Tangy red fruit flavors show good clarity and pick up a smoky note with aeration. Juicy and focused on the finish, which clings with good tenacity and bite."

A light to medium bodied Pinot Noir with fresh cherry and strawberry fruits. Cedar and spice as well as fruit of the forest flavours are intertwined with soft French oak. The tannins add structure and a savoury texture, with fruit flavour persistence aiding the wines length.
