The dense viscous liquid delivers all of the flavors one would expect from the aromatics. Savory and luscious the finish pleasantly persistent."

In the mouth, Lot 96 tastes smooth, fruity and is very approachable with ripe blackberry, plum, blueberry and red cherry. The flavors start sweet and then get darker on the finish. This blend starts with blueberry pie, blackberry, sweet cinnamon, fresh fig, and fire roasted poblano chilies then finishes with molasses, smoky oak, savory Mexican oregano, and dried black cherry."
