Vespaiola grapes (100%) rooted in volcanic soils are air-dried after harvest for four months. Layers of honey, apricot, vanilla and light shadings of baking spice lift effortlessly off the bouquet. That signature minerality appears at the back. Surely, the wine has its sweet spot, but this expression seems silkier and more linear than most."
