"Pure amber color. Buttered toast and grain, buckwheat honey, and mossy stone aromas. A silky entry leads to a dryish medium body of honey buttered wheat toast, roasted nuts, dried banana, and peppery spice. Finishes with a lingering toffee, wet stone, and spice fade. A rock solid blend."

I drink Black all the time. It is smooth, great flavor, and not to expensive. I feel it's Johnny Walkers best scotch

I've been drinking "Black" for as long as I can remember. Every now and then I'll throw in a bottle of "Blue" for special occasions, but I mainly drink "Black" on the rocks. It's pure amber color is smooth with a touch of smoke that hits my pallet just the right way. Can't go wrong with this product.

An Excellent Product

I love the smoothness of this product. It is delicious with mixers and equally as good without a mixer. Good, 100% natural mixers blend exceeding well with this product. I prefer Johnnie Walker Black Label as a staple in the house.

Much better than Johnnie Red but double the price. Seems to be a good balance smooth, some bite and good price. I think I have never mixed, would be a waste. Really like it on the rocks.

80 proof - Color: dark golden brown from being Colored that way - Nose: peaty and smooth with hints of toffee, chocolate, and vanilla - Taste: pretty much the same as Nose! Sweet Burnt toffee is my favorite part of the flavor - Finish: dandy and good, smooth but not too smooth JWBK is a fine whisky for enjoying simply at bars or with friends. 85/100
