Gordon & Macphail Lochside 1991 Vintage 13 Year Old Unchillfiltered
It's a shame the wrecking ball took out Lochside in the early 90's, this whisky is a reminder of the beauty that could be made there. Malt, pear, and sponge cake are notable flavors on the palate that dry out nicely on the finish. Surprising complexity means you will find more than that when you try it.
