Edradour Straight From the Cask 1997 Vintage 11 Year Old Chateau Neuf Du Pape Cask Finish
Distilled on 11/19/97, and bottled 8/19/09. For the the first nine years, this malt was matured in a plain hogshead cask. For the final 27 months, the malt was finished in a fresh Chateau Neuf du Pape wine cask. Cask number 07/325/3 yielded 297 bottles at 57.0% abv.
